    Foaled May 27, 2019

    Sire: Rascalino (Rotspon/Velvet)

    Dam: Hope of Tantris (Tantris/Abdullah/Amiego)

A very big and powerful colt, oozing with presence and extremely elastic. His legs have thick bone and are well conformed. Very uphill, a cat-like walk, and rocking horse rhythmic canter. Registration in process with AHS.
Sire RASCALINO (by Rotspon) was champion of his stallion 100 day test and scored a whopping 153.3 in dressage. He scored a 10 on his trot and 9's for walk, canter, and rideability. Overall winner with 153+. He stood at Celle for many years before Chris Kropf imported him to the US. Rascalino's dam-sire, Velten Third, is the dam sire to the popular modern sire, Benicio.
 From Horse Breeders International:
“Rascalino came first in his performance test out of 31 stallions in 2004. He scored 8 for character, 8 temperament, 8 willingness, 8 conformation, 10 for trot, 9 canter, 9 walk, 9 rideability, 7.67 for free jumping, 8.33 for jumping manner under saddle, 7 for jumping technique, and a high 9.67 for rideability under saddle in this jumping phase. This stallion shows a great pre-disposition for dressage talent. He has lots of power in his trot and canter, always maintaining the uphill tendency with a perfectly working back. The rhythm of his ground-covering walk is hard to top. He is always an eager worker, always concentrating and unbelievably uncomplicated to handle as a stallion- a true gentleman for ladies. His first starts in shows have brought many wins, winning the Riding Horse Championship in Verden in 2005 and then he earned 4th place at the World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses in 2007 against strong competition from abroad. Meanwhile he is successful at advanced dressage level. He has 3 licensed sons, 22 state premium mares, 88 auction horses.

2017 Hanoverian Filly

ES Herzensdieb x EE Widentanz (Wolkentanz/Borneo)

This elegant and kind 2017 Hanoverian filly fits so many aspects of the modern sport horse. She is by Trakehner E.H. Herzensdieb (Tambour) out of Elite Eligible Hanoverian mare Weidentanz (Wolkentanz/Borneo/Grunewald). This filly has an exemplary temperament - calm, gentle, and with movement as her name suggests... with harmony!

Sire EH Herzensdieb "was the 2003 champion and crowd favorite at the 2005 Trakehner licensing in Neumünster, Germany. Herzensdieb finished his stallion performance test as reserve champion and won the Trakehner Championship for 3-year-old stallions in the same year. He is a Bundeschampionate qualifier. The striking bay stallion's intelligence and rideability allow him to flourish in his upper level dressage training, and his athleticism gives him talent over fences with beautiful scope. His correct gaits are expressive with the ability to collect. Herzensdieb has a FN breeding value dressage of 142 points and is in the top 10 percent of German dressage sires. He was honored with the prestigious Elite Hengsttitle (E.H.) in 2013 by the Trakehner Verband, and he is currently one of the few E.H. awarded stallions that are actively breeding in the United States." (from Leatherdale Farms). See our SIRES page for more information, photos, and videos of Herzensdieb.

Dam Weidentanz is an imported Elite-Eligible mare. Full of substance, power, and high intellect and sensitivity.

"WINGS OF A DOVE TF" - SOLD! Congratulations to Elizabeth Cummings of Aiken, SC (November, 2017)

2017 AHS filly by ES Werbellin (Weltmeyer)

out of Red Robin (Rienzi/Donnerhall/FeinerStern)

Wings will make an excellent partner for a dressage or hunter rider in search of a prospect with elasticity, scope and power, but in a smaller more manageable size. Wings is expected to mature to 16 hands. While bred for dressage and has FEI horses in her pedigree from top to bottom, she also has an excellent temperament, pedigree, and color for the hunter/conformation ring. This filly should be considered a broodmare prospect as well, as she certainly has a dam line that is worth breeding (maternal grand dam is full sister to Dauphin)

Wings is by ES Werbellin (Welmeyer/Legat), Rachel Ehrlich's FEI dressage stallion. Prior to import to the U.S. Werbellin competed heavily in the Young Jumper program with great success. Werbellin then gained recognition in the National FEI dressage arena under Chris Hickey. He has more than proven his exemplary soundness and longevity, competing at Young Riders into his 20's! Learn more about this famous Weltmeyer son and see more photos and videos at www.greengatestud.com.

Dam Red Robin is a love of a mare. She is very laid back with beautiful rhythm and power. She is by Rienzi, a proven hunter sire (back to Ramiro Z). Robin's mother is a full sister to the stallion Dauphin (Donnerhall/FeinerStern). Robin is the horse that I can reliably pull from the field, in foal, not ridden in many months, and put a novice rider up on her for a trail ride around the farm. She is calm, reliable, and very sweet - a true amateur dream horse and something that her sire Rienzi, is well known for. As a bonus, she has an amazingly powerful hind end and beautiful harmony at all 3 gaits. Robin has been a broodmare so far in her young life, but we hope to give her a year of to train for the the AHS Mare Performance test in the future. For more information and photos/videos of the mare, please visit our 'Mares' page.

"SKYLARK TF" -  SOLD! Congratulations to Nicole Avila of Antioch, IL! (Dec. 2016)

7/7/2016 COLT - Supremat OLD (Sandro Hit/Rubinstein) x Red Robin (Rienzi/Donnerhall/Feiner Stern)

"Ideal trot for Piaffe and Passage!" -Volker Ehlers,  AHS inspector (full commentary in video)

Skylark is by the imported GOV stallion SUPREMAT OLD (Sandro Hit/Rubinstein) and out of the Marefeld Meadows-bred RED ROBIN, by ES Rienzi and out of EM Dauphine (Donnerhall/Feiner Stern). If you are seeking a partner for FEI dressage, this foal is it! He carries the substance and power of his dam, while also the refinement and elasticity of his sire. This foal is curious, bold, confident, and sweet as they come.

Sky has inherited his dam's confident and non-skittish attitude. He is easy to handle around the barn and loves people. Already a good boy for the farrier, and loads on the trailer without pause. He has been healthy since day one. My goal is to teach foals from their very first breath that yes, they need to respect people, but more importantly they can trust us as their friends and leaders. To come to us for scratches and love at any opportunity. They need not fear aggressive human hands. From that confidence, a lifelong partnership under saddle will begin! References available from happy owners of previous foals, our vet and farrier, and current and past trainers.

About Supremat OLD (Sandro Hit/Rubinstein):

"Supremat OLD was the 2011 Reserve Champion Three-Year-Old riding stallion at the Oldenburg State Championship in Rastede, Germany with a score of 8.5. He then was selected to compete in the 2011 Bundeschampionate under his rider Johannes Westendarp. He placed 2nd with a score of 8.67 in the 3 year old riding stallion class. . Supremat completed the 70-day stallion testing in Schlieckau scoring an amazing 133 points in Dressage with scores of 8.5 Trot, 9.5 Canter, 8.5 Walk, and 8.5 Rideability. His first debut in the USA he scored 80.714% in the Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, FL. He placed in the Top 20 in the 2012 National Young Horse Ranking list with an average of 8.00, only .78 points from 1st. His work ethic and passion for his job is only one of the many things he offers. This stallion has a tender heart and lovable temperament. He brings the looks, talent, and life into his offspring.

Supremat OLD is known to pass on the dark elegant look into his offspring. His work ethic and passion for his job is only one of the many things he offers. This stallion has a tender heart and lovable temperament. He brings the looks and life into his offspring. All the ability and all the heart to go to the top is what this amazing stallion brings to the table. This young stallion is already showing talent in the Grand Prix movements with the piaffe and passage. He is a power house with a smart mind. He is the type to go anywhere and do anything for his partner and he puts that into his foals.." (From SuprematOLD.com) More photos, videos, and information available at www.suprematold.com.

About Red Robin (Rienzi/Donnerhall):

Robin is a product of the Marefield Meadows breeding program. Her full sister was the 2014 National AHS Futurity Champion! Robin is by Rienzi and out of Elite Mare Dauphine, who is a full sister to the stallion Dauphin (by Donnerhall). We are very lucky to have a mare with the immortal Donnerhall as her dam sire! Robin is extremely sweet and kind.  She has fantastic feet and angles - one of my main considerations in a broodmare. Robin is a laid-back and confident mare. She possesses great hind end power and a free reaching shoulder. Lovely neck connection and a kind, sweet personality. If she could fit through our front door, you would find her on the couch with her head on your lap. She is super sensible and takes all training and new situations with ease. A true amateur's dream horse! All the same, her gaits are professional quality with extreme power from behind and great schwung. She has a clear, rhythmic walk (her best gait) and a balanced canter. She is a mare that I can pull out for my husband or a guest to ride around the farm.

WAI ELE -  Sold! December, 2015. Congratulations to Kelly Wojtech of Colorado!

2002 Hanoverian Mare - Wild Card/Wertherson/Prize Ring

"Elle" is approved for breeding in the Hanoverian, German Oldenburg Verband, Dutch Warmblood (KWPN), and Oldenburg-NA/ISR studbooks. She has had four foals of exceptional quality, including a Premium 2014 GOV colt who was the high score at his inspection site. Elle combines the best W-line Hanoverian pedigrees. She is by WildCard  who is from the Wenzel I sire line and Pik Koenig mare line. Her dam is a Wertherson Hanoverian mare. Wai Ele is a sensitive mare who is very in tune to her rider's aids and tries very hard to please. Though she is a scopey, athletic jumper through the chute, her real talent is in dressage. She has an excellent ability to sit behind and collect, and has a very active and quick hind leg. She passes on her fancy, lofty gaits to her offspring, as well as refined and modern type. Elle has spent her life as a broodmare, but was started under saddle this summer to begin preparations for her Hanoverian Mare Performance Test in 2016. She is showing great scope over fences!
